My traveling partner (a proud former US Marine) and I have made it Aukland, and board a 747 in 35 minutes. So far, everything has gone very well. We got rid of the Kiwi money and await only the 12 hour flight to L.A.
I am just a matter of hours away from riding the Rocket III!
